Resident Payments

If you're a current resident, use either option below to send your rent payment.

Zelle Preferred · no fee

  1. Open your bank's app and choose Zelle.
  2. Send to the business Zelle email shown below.
  3. In the memo, include your property address and the month — for example: "123 Main St – November rent".
  4. Keep your confirmation for your records.

Pay by card or bank

Use a debit or credit card, or pay directly from your bank account (ACH), through our secure payment page.

Pay by card or bank

Card payments may include a processing fee. Bank (ACH) payments may take several business days to clear.

Rent is due per your lease. Questions about a payment go through the contact form on the home page.
